  • 14 days return policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 14 days after your order has delivered, provided the item remains unused and in its original package. We will refund your original purchase price minus the return shipping cost within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returning Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sylfitness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label
  • Restocking fee 
Refunds will be in the amount of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee deducted.
  • Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
